Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 389 platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without prior warning.
All information provided during registration — including full name, date of birth, phone number, and payment details — must be accurate, current, and not misleading. 389 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. 389 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence.

- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interfere with platform operations
- Engaging in any form of fraud, market manipulation, or unauthorised collusion between accounts
- Attempting to hack, exploit, or abuse the platform's security systems
- Depositing funds from unlawful sources or those linked to illegal activities
- Sharing your account with any third party
- Using the platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities
Payment, Deposit & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 389 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that all deposited funds come from legitimate sources and are their own personal funds.
Deposits can be made via local payment methods supported by the platform, including DuitNow, FPX, and approved e-wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary depending on the payment method and the user's account tier. Current limit details can be viewed in your account section after logging in.
Withdrawal of winnings is subject to the identity verification process as required by 389. The platform reserves the right to request supporting documents before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times depend on the chosen method and may take between one and five business days.
389 is not responsible for any fees, charges, or delays imposed by third-party financial institutions during transaction processing. All approved and processed transactions are non-reversible except under circumstances specified by platform policy.

389 may include links to third-party websites or services for informational purposes. 389 does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk, and we encourage users to read the terms and privacy policies of every site they visit.
Account Suspension, Closure & Applicable Law
389 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without prior notice if any of the following occur:
- Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions
- Activities suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, or system manipulation
- Registration using false or misleading information
- Actions that compromise the security of the platform or other users
- Compliance with directives from authorities or regulatory bodies
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the use of the 389 platform shall be resolved through the designated channels in Malaysia.
